The brief
The Supreme ecosystem spans several businesses, including Supreme Hotels, the Supiripola eCommerce platform and the Supreme Crypx cryptocurrency exchange. Each had its own customers and transactions, and there was no single way to reward a customer across all of them.
The goal was one shared rewards infrastructure, so rewards earned on one platform could be managed across every participating platform, without compromising data integrity or security.
The approach
The platform is built on Hyperledger Fabric, so participating businesses share a single trusted record of rewards instead of reconciling separate databases. Node.js and Express.js services and REST APIs sit around the ledger to handle rewards, transactions and integrations, documented with Swagger so each platform could connect clearly.
Transaction workflows were designed with data integrity, security and reliable processing as the priorities, across components that are distributed by nature. The rewards platform was also integrated with the Supreme Crypx exchange, connecting reward and transaction workflows with the exchange ecosystem.
What I did
- Engineered a scalable blockchain-based rewards platform on Hyperledger Fabric, designed to support multiple businesses within the Supreme ecosystem
- Developed Node.js and Express.js backend services and REST APIs for rewards, transactions and integrations across the ecosystem
- Designed shared rewards infrastructure across different business domains, so customer rewards can be managed across participating platforms
- Integrated the rewards platform with the Supreme Crypx cryptocurrency exchange, connecting reward and transaction workflows
- Developed transaction-processing workflows with emphasis on data integrity, security and reliable processing across distributed components
